This month, we have the bittersweet task of saying farewell to one of our founding partners, Brad Fogleman, as he embarks on a well-deserved retirement. Since the inception of Grand Capital Advisors almost six years ago, Brad has been a guiding light in our firm, shaping the way we do business and interact with others.
From the very beginning, Brad was insistent that we follow one simple principle in all our decision-making: The Golden Rule. His unwavering commitment to treating others the way we’d want to be treated became a core value of our firm. Whether it was advising clients, working with colleagues, or facing difficult business choices, Brad always reminded us of the importance of respect, integrity, and fairness. It’s a principle that will continue to guide us for years to come.
Our firm will miss Brad’s wisdom, his steady leadership, and his ability to offer sage counsel on any topic that came across our desks. He’s been like an older brother, with his advice always coming from a place of deep faith, experience and care.
Brad has settled into his new life on Houghton Lake, and we couldn’t be happier for him. We all know that Brad’s next chapter will likely involve a lot of time spent on the water, fishing rod in hand, enjoying the peace and quiet he so richly deserves. While we’ll miss him here, we wish him the best as he enjoys the fruits of a 40 plus-year career well-lived.
Brad, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for everything. Your legacy at this firm will never be forgotten, and we’ll continue to honor your influence in the way we serve our clients and each other. Here’s to the many calm waters ahead!
